This is a complex with 6 10-storey buildings, facing Mar Menor and 5 buildings of the same height facing the Mediterranean Sea. Within the complex there are shops, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket open all year round.
Nota: Key collection is at Valmanga office in Gran Via km 8.5, Hawaii IV/V apartments. Swimming-pools are open during the summer season from around 15th June until 15th September although the exact dates may vary.
